職責概要： 主動為顧客提供服務，介紹品牌和產品特點以及穿搭風格，令顧客擁有良好的購物體驗 耐心聆聽以及了解顧客需求，提供專業的建議 處理客戶投訴和疑問，與客戶保持良好的關係 帶領以及推動營運團隊合力達成店鋪銷售目標 管理店鋪日常運作，包括貨品陳列,倉存整理、盤點等，確保營運及服務符合公司以及品牌指標 針對店鋪銷售業績、貨品存量及銷售報告進行數據分析 指導團員的顧客服務以及銷售技巧，從而提升顧客對品牌及服務的滿意度
要求： 高中或以上學歷 三年或以上零售經驗優先考慮 至少一年銷售管理經驗 具有街頭服飾或時尚銷售經驗者優先考慮 有較強的領導能力和管理能力 主動積極,性格開朗, 熱情,具團隊精神 喜歡與人溝通與交流 流利廣東話，普通話和基本英語 工作地點: 路氹 / 澳門 每天工作8小時及需輪班工作 能按照業務實際需要安排上班工作，包括週末和節假日 持有澳門居民身分證
