Job Highlights:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Management Intern. The successful candidate will work closely with the retail management team to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced retail environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the management of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management

• Participate in training programs and attend team meetings to learn about new products and promotions

• Assist in analyzing sales data and provide insights to the management team to improve store performance

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience

• Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy

• Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data

• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Majoring in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field

• Demonstrated interest and passion for the retail industry

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends.

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Proactive, energetic, independent and drive for excellence

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
