倉務及物流項目經理 (Warehouse & Project Manager) 職責描述： - 管理倉庫的日常運作，包括庫存記錄，調查和統計及日常設施維護
- 管理入庫和出庫的全面操作，確保流程及貨品進出依時和無誤
- 建立，審查和改進工作流程(SOP)，確保倉庫的有效運作
- 負責倉儲規劃佈局，推進倉儲規劃的專案實施
- 為不同的客戶進行補貨計畫
- 分配及指導倉務團隊的職責及工作，密切監控工作績效指標(KPI)，確保運營效率及工作安全
- 管理員工培訓，招聘和員工紀律
- 分析倉庫營運及成本資料，持續提供營運優化建議，提升成本效益
- 配合高級經理落實公司策略及推進倉務系統更新
- 與內部及客戶的物流部門建立緊密及良好的溝通及合作，確保工作順利進行
職位要求： - 大學畢業或以上，物流類相關專業優先
- 必須 8 年以上物流相關領域工作經驗及 5 年以上管理經驗；經驗少於 8 年者，可考慮為副經理
- 熟悉國際貨運 (包括空運及海運)，進出口物流相關的操作
- 精通第 3 方物流流程及國際客戶管理
- 具備良好的英文及中文溝通能力
- 熟悉運用 MS office 軟件，包括 EXCEL 表格操作及函數公式運用
- 優秀的溝通及談判能力，團隊管理能力，獨立工作能力強，並有良好的領悟力
