Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify staff attendance and maintain accurate records of leaves.

• Precisely calculate and process payroll, including commissions, taxes, employee benefits, leaves, and other relevant payroll information.

• Maintain payroll records, generate payroll reports, and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the payroll system.

• Handle records related to Social Security Funds and Taxes, such as M2/M2A and M3/M4.

• Monitor payroll procedures and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements, staying updated with changes in Macau's Labour Law.

• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and promptly resolve any issues.

• Participate in ad hoc and special projects aimed at enhancing payroll processes and other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Finance is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll-related positions, preferably in the retail sector.

• Familiarity with Macau's Labour Law and regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and pay attention to detail.

• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Macau ID holder.

• Fluency in Cantonese & English and proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
