【Responsibilities】

• Supervise your engagement field team, including the completion of performance reviews and providing on-site training;

• Providing guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to team members;

• Assisting with the preparation of audit proposals and presentations;

• Work on other types of engagements such as review engagements, agreed-upon-procedure engagements and so on;

• Liaise with your own portfolio of clients throughout the year to agree on and set timetables;

• Act as the audit in-charge for larger clients to perform the briefing and lead the team to deliver the audit;

• Maintain regular communication with the line manager, partner and client on issues and the progress of the engagement.

【Experience】

• At least three years relevant audit experience;

• Self-starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving;

• Strong business awareness and ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English;

• With the ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure;

• Socially confident with good diplomacy and organizational skills;

• Qualified CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
