| Position Requirement: |
- 根據公司年度發展戰略目標，負責制定和執行商務策略，確保商務工作階段性目標順利達成；
- 負責制定商務推進計畫，有針對性地拓展市場，挖掘市場潛力，建立全球性的商務網路和合作關係，為企業發展提供支持；
- 獨立完成商務的整體推進工作，制定合作方案，包括商務談判、合同簽署、合同跟進、內外資源整合，並對整個商務合作過程和結果負責；
- 負責與客戶進行商務談判，深度挖掘專案合作機會，滿足客戶需求，促進協作，營造良好的商務氛圍；
- 根據公司的業務發展，整合多方資源，協調各種公關關係，評估資源的有效性、可合作性。
職位要求:
- 大學及以上學歷, 管理類、金融類或市場行銷類等相關專業，形象良好；
- 10年以上相關行業工作經驗(建築，金融、市場行銷等；3年以上團隊管理經驗；
- 有從事建築工程公司商務拓展工作經驗或者金融行業商務拓展工作經驗者優先；
- 有超強的商務談判能力，思維敏捷，邏輯清晰；較強的應變能力，具備親和力；
- 抗壓能力強，接受出差，能夠積極推進業務的發展，跟進客戶和挖掘客戶的需求，維護客戶關係;
- 具有團隊合作意識，認同他人的工作成果，彼此尊重。
