| Position Requirement: |
- 負責設計部門人員統籌及管理工作；
- 負責服務品牌創意、平面及設計的評判和指導工作，配合公司整體營銷策略以達到預期的市場效果；
- 較強的設計管理能力和溝通能力，熟練掌握平面和網頁設計的各種技能，對視覺設計表現有深度的實踐經驗；
- 及時掌握、分析目標市場動態，根據市場動向、特點和發展趨勢的變化，擬定各項營銷方案；
- 根據發展戰略，負責整體市場運營工作，制定營銷策略和戰略佈局；
- 優秀的溝通協調能力、團隊管理能力及團隊合作精神，工作責任心強，樂於接受挑戰，抗壓能力強；
- 負責管理市場團隊，並對團隊成員和相關部門進行培訓和指導。
崗位要求：
- 3年以上市場管理工作經驗；
- 有戰略前瞻意識，敏銳把握市場動向及發展機遇；
- 良好的溝通能力、組織領導能力、團隊協作意識和心理素質；
- 品德良好，踏實認真，有良好的職業道德和團隊精神；
- 精通市場戰略制定及落地執行。
