| SUMMARY :
Responsible for the proper functioning of the bar in which he is working, the correct and profitable sale of all beverage in this area. Prepare daily requisition of bar supplies.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
-To maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area.
-To check the bar sundries and equipment
-To check the stock levels of bar supplies to see if adequate
stocks are available for operation.
-To prepare and serve cocktails, and other drinks according to the p
rescribed recipes and procedures.
-To write sales reports on shift basis.
-To make requisitions when necessary after checking par stock levels.
-To ensure quality and consistency of all drinks
-To report any unusual incident or customer's comment to the
Manager in charge immediately, so that proper action can be taken
to satisfy the guest's needs.
-To report all equipment failures to the Manager in charge as soon
as possible so that proper corrections can be made.
-To use Jigger for measurement at all times and adhere to the
pouring policy without any deviation.
-To ensure that all fruit juices, cream eggs perishables, ice,
glassware, napkins, cocktail-picks, mixers, syrup and all other
bar supplies are enough to cover the whole day's operation.
-To plan the day's work to protect the next shift. Leaves a clean,
well stocked bar with ice bins filled, glassware clean, adequate
garnishes to finish the day etc.
-To carry out any other duties as and when required by the Manager
in charge.

Male / Female
Age 20-28
F. 5 standard
Present outlook, well groomed
Experience in beverage service in well established catering
institution, hotel is desirable
Holding same position for at least 2 years.
