Duties:
- Handling phone calls, emails, arranging travel and accommodation;
- Assisting local and foreign management across different offices with a variety of administrative functions;
- Assisting in accounting matters: petty cash, payment to suppliers, expense reports, arranging invoices and purchases;
- Provide support to head-office and regional activities;
- Provide translation services in both spoken and written when necessary, in order to assist communication between management and our clients;
- Coordination of shipments and deliveries;
- Maintain office necessities in stock.
Requirements:
- Familiar with MS application;
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Well organized, hard working and willing to learn;
- Ability to work efficiently and independently;
- Willing to travel in order to provide assistant in overseas office and projects such as Hong Kong, China, UK and etc.
