An assistant Quantity Surveyor / Junior Quantity
Surveyor is needed to join a medium interior fit-out company servicing the
project construction industry in Macau. Directly reporting to the
Managing Director, you will be responsible in providing cost quantity surveying
and subcontractor management to the Quantity Surveyor, Project Managers and the
Contracts Manager.
This role will be based in both the Zhuhai and
Macau offices and frequent travel is required.
Job Duties:
- Providing cost quantity surveying based on
measurements from design
- Preparation and Assistance to the Quantity
Surveyor in cost estimating for tender and quotation submissions
- Maintaining accurate budget control via
subcontractor management
- Negotiation and allocation of work by ongoing subcontractor
relationship managment
Job Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years experience preferable working in a
costing capacity in the construction industry
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Applicants with lesser experience can apply
for the Junior Quantity Surveyor role
- Competent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
preferable
