Job Duties:

•         Perform all round sales assistant duties including greeting customers, handling phone calls courteously and efficiently

•         Assist in administrative duties

•         To participate in projects during sales and marketing process

•         Handling customers inquiries with quality service and prepare quotations, carry out order duties such as Pos and follow – up sales.

•         To help manager to prepare proposals and  presentations

•         Conduct market research in food and wine industry

Job requirements:

•         High School or above

•         Good or Fluent in Cantonese and English ( Speaking and Writing)

•         Sales management support or secretary experience

•         Ability to multi-task, and when necessary carry out additional responsibilities

•         Proficiency in the application of MS (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

•         Punctual, flexible, self-motivated, a good listener and problem-solving, strong team player.

•         Willing to work overtime during the holidays

•         Welcome fresh graduates or less related experience

·         有上進心,善於傾聽和解決問題

·         願意在假期加班,在必要時
