Account Coordinator 

 Job Description: 

1.       Facilitate workflow by coordinating or gathering background information and/or resources needed to complete jobs;

2.       Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence;

3.       Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls;

4.       Verify production specs;

5.       Review vendor quotes;

6.       Create and/or provide feedback on project estimates and timelines;

7.       Prepare estimates for distribution to clients; 

8.       Field and process internal information requests;

9.       Assisting with mailings;

10.    Review vendor bills;

11.    Proofread;

12.    Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate.

Requirements: 

1.       University graduates, preferably in communications and journalism;

2.       Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese; 

3.       Previous secretarial and administrative experience in public relations and/or advertising agencies is desirable;

4.       Must be very detailed oriented.
