Position Requirement: |
- Perform accounts payable and treasurer functions including processing purchase orders and invoices for construction operations, FF&E purchasing and office spending
- Coordinate payment process with banks, arrange payment schedule and maintain monthly payment records
- Assist the Controller in preparation of monthly cost reports, management reports and adhoc reports on request
- Maintain close relations with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and Las Vegas Office
- Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related disciplines with a minimum of 2 years working experience
