We are currently representing a prestigious multinational luxury retail company in hiring a high-caliber HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager - Generalist to join its team in Macau.

Job Responsibilities 

• Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including organizational structure, employee relations, talent management, HR policies, and local and regional legislations
• Act as key point of contact for all human resources matters in Macau
• Attract and recruit candidates across different levels
• Oversee performance and talent management
• Provide strong group facilitation and offer coaching and mentoring to other employees
• Collaborate with senior business managers and regional HR teams to support business objective by offering effective HR solutions
• Manage HR budget to ensure efficient delivery of all HR services
• Perform ad hoc HR projects  

Job Requirements 

• Over 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably gained within the luxury retail sector
• Candidates with 3+ years of people management experience will be considered for the role of Assistant HR Manager
• Familiar with local employment law and statutory requirements
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work with people at different levels
• Able to work independently
• Excellent command of Mandarin or Cantonese in addition to English
