Sales Manager
Job description
l Achievement of 100% or more of sales target;
l Closely monitor sales performance with analysis on sales trend and customer’s behavior for each individual POS;
l Monthly update to Management on sales analysis;
l Develop and implement all commercial actions for the business growth, including sales target achievements, incentive program etc;
l Motivate the team and collaborate with training to deliver effective training programs to upkeep shop staff’s sales/product knowledge, selling techniques and ensure luxury retail delivered;
l Responsible for stock merchandise and planning for each POS in order to maximize sales opportunities;
l Optimize stock level and mix at each POS to achieve sales objectives;
l Provide products and customers feedback to Management on a regular basis.
Requirement:
l Degree holder or equivalent
l With at least 5 years or above retail experience preferably in watches & jewelry
l With at least 3 years’ experience in supervisory and management level
l Strong planning and analytical skills
l A good team player with good leadership skill
l Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
l Good computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
l Independent, mature, responsible with positive and proactive attitude
