| Position Requirement: |
| Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Architectural, Building studies or related discipline.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in the capacity of project coordinator gained from Main Contractors (Fit-out).
- Experienced in coordination between design, drawings, and materials for fitting-out works.
- Familiar with fitting out details, site management, project schedules & budgets.
- Good communications skills with clients & sub-contractors.
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competent use of all types of computer software, e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD etc.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, responsible, well-organized, hardworking with team spirit.
- Self-motivate, reliable and outstanding problems solving skills.
- Immediate available will be an advantage.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator.
