Ipsos welcome you as one of our mystery shoppers!
Whether you are a big fan of luxury goods, normal consumers or retired, join our pool of mystery shoppers. We will provide you training and support to become a Mystery Shopper. – Everyone can be the mystery shopper!
Your mission:
You will receive our training (free of charge) before conducting any visits to ensure that you understand the evaluation details and process.
We will assign you a location close to you and support you to conduct professional visits. The visit length depends on the campaign and requirement. It lasts between 10 minutes to 2 hours.

Requirement:
Any of you can be the mystery shoppers as everyone is consumer, we welcome
- Male and female shoppers who age over 20
- Macau Local people, Mainland Chinese or Westerners
- Be responsible, detailed oriented, good memory, provide qualitative feedback.
Compensation:
We provide attractive compensations to reward your shopping experience and it subjects to different campaign
You will receive a notified email once the registration is succeeded and our fieldwork supervisor will contact you shortly for any suitable project.

您的任務：
您將會在進行探訪前得到我們提供的免費培訓，確保清楚明白探訪流程及細節。
探訪地點將會根據您提供的地址就近安排。探訪長度將會根據不同任務有所不同——可能可以在10分鐘內完成，又有可能超過1—2小時。
最後，您只需要根據您在探訪過程中的觀察及經歷，在網上問卷上向我們提供意見回饋。
所需條件：
只要是消費者，每個人都可以成為神秘顧客。我們歡迎符合以下條件的人士參與：
- 年齡超過20歲，不限男女
- 澳門本地居民、大陸同胞或西方人士
- 細心盡責，能夠提供高質素的意見回饋
薪酬：
根據任務難易程度，薪酬將會有所不同。
