| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities:
- Prepares documents and digital files for printing. Duties can include
checking graphic files for correct formats; working with colour
separation and preparing prepress proofs.
- Manage prepress process through out-sourced prepress agent and
partner printers/suppliers
- Responsible for prepress, artwork quality
- Execute digital proofing process
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Have thorough knowledge of prepress, print (digital, offset and web),
paper and finishing is a must.
- Intermediate computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office including
an email application such as Lotus Notes or the equivalent, proficient
data entry skills.
- Proficiency in prepress software applications such as Quark, Adobe
Illustrator and Photoshop as well as prepress software applications,
hardware and server platforms to the extent necessary to assist in upgrades
and work with vendors.
- Familiar with colour management workflow
- Good communication skills and good team player
- High sense of responsibility and hard working
- Preferably Biligual - English & Cantonese / Mandarin
- Extremely strong organizational skills
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from College or Technical school
- Two to five years of experince in position requiring supervision,
management or leadership skills preferred.
