工作範圍:
- 管理售貨員以達到銷售目標及服務水平
- 向顧客提供完善客戶服務
- 管理店舖常運作
- 管理存貨量及店舖保安
- 訓練員工，包括貨品知識、銷售技巧等
- 參與計劃公司長遠發展策略
- 須輪班工作
入職要求:
- 高中或以上學歷
- 3年零售行銷經驗，其中必須包括2年管理經驗
- 主動，注重團隊精神
- 以客為先，目標為本；成熟及能獨立處事
- 良好分析能力及溝通技巧
- 操流利國、粵語及英語
