Accounting Clerk/ Senior Accounting Clerk
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department;
Prepare and maintain accounting document and records;
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements;
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner;
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database;
Provide assistance and support to company personnel;
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancis;
Handle ad hoc projects
Requirement:
Hard working, Proactive, Forward thinking, Detail minded, Organised Self motivated and able to work under pressure Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent in English and Cantonese is a MUST Good with MS Office and PC skills
Degree holder is a plus
Min. 3+ years in accounting experience
