As Operations Manager, you are responsible for executing, monitoring and review outsourcing projects. We are looking for a self-starter, determined high potential individual, who will bring an added value to the further success of AETG.
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for the set up and supervision of project team and operation team.
-
Project overall preparation planning and development in the areas of manpower recruitment & selection process, training & development process, payroll process, procurement process, human resource process based on outsourcing project requirements and needs.

Develop and streamline internal and operation processes
-
Initiate, implement and streamline processes to maximize efficiency and quality delivery
-
Conduct regular checks on all operational / financial records and review the adequacy of control
-
Conduct regular checks on onsite operation to ensure smooth running
-
Analyze trends based on project needs and requirements.
-
To be accountable for annual budget development for the project. Accountable and responsible for the project budget. Ensure any form of expenditure pertaining to the project is well controlled and within budget.

To ensure resources are being utilized at optimum level
-
To build and maintain rapport with clients.
-
Explore business opportunities and expand current account.
-
To attend to clients’ complaints and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
-
To ensure retention of customers, clients and candidates
-
To ensure and monitor performance of operation and support team.
-
Conduct performance review of management team.
-
Conduct meeting with various units; Operations and Support Team. Disciplinary action as and when required.
-
Ability to manage multi-projects/ sites simultaneously.
-
Assist in Recruitment & Selection activities for Outsourcing Projects.
-
Vendor management and review.
-
To provide internal support to Operations Director – Operations/BDM/other related departments
-
Prepare forecasting for yearly budget and setting yearly business plan for achievement
Profile
-
Must possess required graduate degree in related and any discipline or Diploma in Business Management
-
Must have leadership quality and capable of providing coaching.
-
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative, public relations and business management skills
-

Strong and self-motivated individual

Minimum 5 years working experience in people management/service industry
