1.公司總機的接聽與轉接。
2.接待來訪客戶。
3.處理快遞、郵件、傳真和文件的收發和複印
4.採購和保養文儀器材。
5.辦公室雜務及外勤事務。
6.一般文書工作、檔存檔和資料輸入等。
7.主動積極及有效率完成上級交辦的各項工作。
8.協助行政處理一般的辦公室工作。
職位要求： 1.高中及以上學歷。
2.具有1年前臺/文書工作經驗 。
3.具備良好的溝通能力，能獨立解決問題 。
4.工作主動積極，笑容燦爛，待人有禮。
