Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Macau. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing integrated IT projects, including IoT, Voice systems, Wireless, and other related technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management within the IT industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage integrated IT projects, including IoT, Voice systems, Wireless, etc., from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources required, and risks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress regularly and provide timely updates to stakeholders on milestones achieved, risks identified, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with external vendors or contractors involved in the implementation of integrated IT projects.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, address challenges, provide guidance/support as needed while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Evaluate project outcomes against predefined success criteria and conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned for future improvements
Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry with a track record of successfully delivering integrated IT projects such as IoT implementations or Voice system upgrades. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA). PMP certification is an advantage. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
