To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

E-commerce Specialist (Website Performance)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for daily eCommerce operations including but not limited to CMS maintenance, product & content updates, sales & performance analysis, customer services, logistics & stock level monitoring
• Maintain eCommerce platform and manage system performance, including troubleshoot system error, manage web traffic and overall performance and conduct UAT
• Monitor daily website performance and identify areas for enhancing the customer online shopping journey
• Collaborate with IT team or vendors on website enhancements and issue resolutions
• Work closely with internal parties to achieve business goals & maintain daily operation support
• Compile sales, traffic and promotion reports & competitor analysis regularly

REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduate in eCommerce, Business, Marketing & Information System related discipline
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in eCommerce or related industry
• Experience in eCommerce platform operations and website maintenance is preferably
• Knowledge in HTML & Google Analytics will be an advantage
• Passionate in online retail business and highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, independent, hard-working and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese, strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills
• Good command of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
