| 職位要求: |
- Transaction Management:
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, verifying details and obtaining approvals as needed.
- Monthly Closing Activities:
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries to ensure financial statements reflect accurate data.
- Ad Hoc Duties:
- Support special projects or tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager, such as audit preparation or system upgrades.
Qualifications- Education: Diploma in Accounting or equivalent; higher qualifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Communication:
- Strong written English skills for reports, emails, and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be a Macau resident.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
