About the Role:
LT Game is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can oversee and drive large-scale, cross-functional projects from start to finish. You’ll manage multiple stakeholders, lead complex project schedules, and bring structure and clarity to fast-moving initiatives. This is a leadership role requiring someone who can see the big picture, manage across departments, and ensure delivery at a high standard. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of company-wide projects
• Coordinate between creative, software, hardware, and business teams
• Set clear goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify and resolve project risks and conflicts
• Lead internal project meetings and external stakeholder updates
• Track project KPIs and ensure successful handover or deployment 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
• Experience in gaming, product development, software development or manufacturing is a plus
• Fluent in Chinese and English
