Job Responsibilities: - Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver top-tier customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Team Synergy:
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to streamline operations, including order coordination and client communication.
- Order Processing Precision:
- Manage purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company standards.
- Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office inventory.
Job Requirements: - Essential Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email); SAP experience is preferred.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
- Eligibility:
- Must be a Macau ID card holder.
