### Key Responsibilities:

- **Champion Our Brand:** Act as a vibrant representative of our Electronic Vehicle brand, showcasing our lively image to attract potential customers.

- **Engage & Communicate:** Proactively connect with customers, delivering compelling information about our exceptional products and driving interest leading to purchases.

- **Collect Insights:** Efficiently gather customer information through various channels, including showrooms, external displays, and live streaming.

- **Understand Customer Needs:** Analyze customer intentions and motivations to create tailored profiles for ongoing communication and follow-up.

- **Deliver Exceptional Experiences:** Ensure every customer interaction is extraordinary, enhancing their journey with us.

- **Assist in Product Selection:** Guide customers in choosing the right vehicle while introducing our charging solutions, financing options, motor insurance, and after-sales services.

- **Provide Test Drive Services:** Offer quality test drive experiences and participate in vehicle deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in customer service or retail sales.

- **Sales Resilience:** Proven track record in sales with a resilient attitude.

- **Relationship Skills:** Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and the community while understanding market dynamics.

- **Personality:** Outgoing, proactive, and personable—always ready to engage.

- **Language Skills:** Proficient in spoken English and Chinese.

- **Valid Driver’s License:** Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
