### Officer - Distribution & Supply Chain (6-12 Months Contract)

As an Officer in our Distribution & Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle sales and logistics processes. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about optimizing supply chains, this opportunity is for you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage daily reporting and vehicle licensing documentation with precision.

- Oversee vehicle transportation, collaborating with logistics providers to enhance shipment efficiency.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to maximize storage utilization and meet delivery demands.

- Work closely with Sales and After-Sales teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery experiences.

- Maintain and manage the Macau Vehicle Sales & Stock System (Autoline) to support operational excellence.

- Prepare Monthly Production Rundown and Order Requests for the Distribution Team and OEM.

- Handle ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- A degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in vehicle sales administration.

- Exceptional attention to detail along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

- A valid driver’s license is highly preferred.

- Strong PC skills, including experience in statistical analysis.
