工作職責 - 日常運營：保障診所業務順暢，負責人員、排班、進貨管理，製定並落實標準操作程序提升效率。
- 人員管理：招聘、培訓、督導及評估員工，營造積極協作團隊文化，促進員工專業發展。
- 客戶服務：提升客人滿意度，處理查詢、反饋與投訴，建立良好關系提升診所形象。
- 財務收支：編製執行預算，監控分析收支與運營數據，提供報告支持決策。
- 合規管理：確保診所遵循法規標準，定期檢查並落實安全與流程改進。
- 行政支援：與香港團隊緊密溝通，配合跨地域要求，處理臨時指派與緊急工作。
任職要求 - 3年以上相關管理經驗。
- 醫療、管理或相關領域學士及以上（碩士優先）。
- 優秀溝通與人際交往能力。
- 熟悉醫療行業運作與法規。
- 良好問題解決與組織能力。
