職位概述： - 引領門市團隊，統籌日常運營，達成銷售目標，捍衛頂級歐洲箱包皮具與化妝品的奢華品牌形象。
主要職責： - 引領銷售團隊，製定並落實高端箱包皮具與化妝品銷售策略，推動業績增長。
- 全面管理店鋪運營，涵蓋庫存管控、產品陳列設計及視覺呈現（如皮具區、彩妝試用區）。
- 深度維護 VIP 客戶關系，提供個性化箱包造型、皮具保養及化妝品搭配建議。
- 追蹤歐洲奢侈皮具工藝潮流、美容趨勢及新品動態，融入店內活動與產品推廣。
- 培訓並激勵團隊成員，保障高端服務品質始終如一。
任職要求： - 3 年以上高端/奢侈箱包皮具或化妝品零售管理經驗（奢侈品集合店或多品牌專賣店優先）。
- 精通歐洲頂級皮具品牌、皮革工藝、化妝品成分及市場趨勢。
- 具備出色的領導力、團隊管理與危機處理能力。
- 粵語、普通話流利（英語熟練者優先）。
