| Position Requirement: |
職責 - 資金管理：處理每日現金流量，編製月度現金流量報告，確保資金運作合規。
- 賬款處理：處理應收賬款交易，執行日終結算，維護客戶與代理賬戶，跟進逾期保費。
- 銀行事務：開展銀行往來調節、RI 調節，處理匯入匯款、索賠付款，更新賬戶記錄。
- 付款操作：準備付款憑證，通過支票和電子銀行付款，更新 P400 系統記錄。
- 報告協助：協助準備總行報告、AMCM 季報、香港結算表及日記賬憑證，支持財務歸檔。
- 日常協作：協助主管開展日常運作，完成臨時指定任務。
任職要求 - 學歷背景：會計、金融或相關學科副學士學位或學位。
- 工作經驗：至少 5 年相關工作經驗，有保險或銀行業經驗者更佳。
- 職業素養：責任感強，以客戶和結果為導向，高峰期能有效管理任務與工作量。
- 語言能力：具備良好的中英文書面與口語表達能力。
- 技能要求：數字敏感度高，團隊合作與溝通能力強，精通 MS Word、Excel 及中文文字處理。
- 身份要求：澳門居民。
