Position Requirement:

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Executive Support: Offer comprehensive administrative and executive assistance to the General Manager, encompassing document management, data analysis, and report compilation.
  • HR & Employee Relations Coordination: Help with human resources tasks and employee relations management. This includes organizing recruitment activities, overseeing onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintaining employee records, and addressing staff inquiries and workplace concerns with strict confidentiality.
  • Policy Implementation & Monitoring: Support the rollout and ongoing monitoring of the company's operational, administrative, and human resources policies, systems, and management processes.
  • Coordination & Communication: Serve as a vital link for coordination and communication between the General Manager, various departments, group leaders, and relevant stakeholders. Ensure effective follow-up on assigned tasks.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant work experience. Experience in HR functions, or as a secretary or executive assistant, is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS software and familiar with AI tools.
  • Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, responsible, and with a high level of confidentiality awareness.
