工作職責：- 票務銷售：提供演出、電影/節目、演唱會等門票銷售及繳費咨詢服務。
- 客服咨詢：接聽客服電話，解答客人各類咨詢。
- 工作協助：支援部門其他工作。
任職條件：- 工作態度：細心負責，善於溝通，熱愛客服工作。
- 班次安排：需三班輪更（含夜更及通宵更），工作地點輪換至各區門市或售票點。
- 語言能力：良好粵語，基本英語，略懂國語。
- 電腦技能：熟練操作Excel、Word等辦公軟件，能獨立製作報表。
- 經驗要求：不限專業，有客服/銷售/票務/酒店等相關經驗者優先，歡迎應屆畢業生。
