| Position Requirement: |
工作職責：- 票務銷售：負責演出、電影/節目、演唱會等門票的銷售工作。
- 現場服務：解答客人問題，協助購票、取票、退票及電視服務報修繳費。
- 電話客服：接聽客人電話，提供咨詢服務。
- 票務統計：協助主辦單位完成票務統計報告。
- 設備維護：負責售票點設備的檢測與維護。
任職條件：- 個人素質：性格沉穩，工作細心，具時間觀念，善於溝通，熱愛銷售工作。
- 班次安排：需三班輪更（含夜更及通宵更），工作地點輪換至各區門市或售票點。
- 語言能力：良好粵語，基本英語，略懂國語。
- 電腦技能：熟練操作Excel、Word等辦公軟件，能獨立製作報表。
- 經驗要求：不限專業，有銷售、票務等相關經驗者優先，歡迎應屆畢業生。
