| Position Requirement: |
| - Handle day-to-day shop operations management including inventory
control, stock management, recording. general operation and etc;
- Manages the business by leading a team of shop staff to provide
high-value customer service and to achieve shop sales target and
objectives;
- Provide staff training to shop staff;
- Be responsible for selling and promoting our products in assigned
store, shop and general trade;
- Closely work with Shop Managers on business development and brand
positioning;
- Support Administrative work;
Requirements:
- F.7 or above, tertiary education is preferred;
- Minimum 5 years retail Supervisory experience in luxury good
industry;
- Customer services oriented, hard working, good presentation skills
with cheerful personality;
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese include Mandarin;
- Good track record in meeting sales targets and customer service
(is a definitely advantage);
- Shift duty is required;
- Working location in Macau;
