| Position Requirement: |
| Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with team members on a full range of corporate
finance and related projects in China
- Responsible for origination and execution initiatives pertaining
to identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, assessing
feasibility studies, carrying out due diligence, preparing business
proposals and other documentations.
- Liaison with clients, professional parties as well as regulatory
authorities to execute deal transactions.
Requriements:
- Degree holder or above majors in Finance, Business, Accountancy,
Lawyer or related disciplines.
- One to two years' solid corporate finance industry
- Corporate finance and related experience in China preferred
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese,
Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
- Willing to frequently travel to china
- Well versed with MS Word, Excel and Power Point |
