Job Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting operations (AR, AP, GL);
- Communicate with vendors on invoices issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Responsible for managing daily operations of Macau office, including but not limit to business registration, airport permit application, SSF contributions, taxation, office equipment and general accounting;
- Act as a representative of Macau office to handle client enquiries;
- Coordinate with MBAC about the aircraft parking in Macau and ground service handling;
- Arrange incoming and outgoing parts shipment and purchase order filing;
- Ad-hoc projects will be assigned if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma degree holder or university graduate or in any discipline will be considered;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the business aviation industry or airlines;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Mature, results-oriented, and independent with outstanding organizational, communication skills and customer services skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
