運作助理 (出入口文件處理) 負責運作部門後勤工作，如電腦資料輸入及協助處理系統日常運作報告與客戶或政府部門聯絡及處理有關貨物報關之問題準備及核對報關文件以確保貨物資料的完整性和準確要求︰中學程度 1 年或以上文書處理工作經驗良好溝通技巧操流利廣東話及簡單普通話，懂讀寫中英文懂打字及電腦操作，熟練使用MS Excel、Word等辦公室軟件願意於假期工作或超時工作以配合營運需要具相關工作經驗者優先考慮薪酬福利︰雙糧 + 季度獎金 12 - 18個工作天有薪年假門診及住院福利 (包括中西醫、跌打)、牙科保險、人壽保險、家庭醫保 (包括配偶及子女) 加班津貼 14星期全薪產假全薪侍產假 / 婚假康樂活動在職培訓及進修津貼推薦人獎金
