Job Responsibilities:
- Administering recruitment activities, staff on-boarding, payroll, benefits enrollment and staff separations.
- Preparing monthly returns, accruals, cost settlements, and reports.
- Ensuring data accuracy in systems.
- Providing administrative supports and coordination with line managers in staff activities, staff movements, performance management, talent management, rewards, job evaluations, and any HR related projects.
Requirements:
- Have good understanding of HR practice and Macau Labour Ordinance
- Strong sense in mathematics and good analytical skills
- Be proactive, open minded and detailed conscious
- Be able to work under pressure
- Possess at least 3 years’ experience in administration is preferred
