Project Manager - Macau

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform overall project management in terms of planning & prioritizing the installation projects and works in accordance with operating/projects requirements, project delivery, cost control & work quality control
• Supervise the execution of works, materials, assemblies and required documentations
• Supervise and oversee the Work-in-Progress (WIP) of the projects
• Resources planning and deployment in the fulfillment process and take required actions whenever necessary for projects operation efficiency and to meet the statutory requirements, safety standard, financial target & performance target
• To closely liaise with client, government authorities, main contractor, subcontractors, technicians to achieve the project objectives
• Act as one of the key personnel implementing Schindler Employee Safety and Health Fundamentals & ensure all subordinates & subcontractors receive proper training and comply with applicable safety laws / regulations and company safety standards

WHAT YOU NEED

Education

• Tertiary undergraduate or higher in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Candidate with DSSOPT registration is an advantage

Expertise

• A minimum of 10 years’ solid project management experience at management level in lift and escalator industries

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent planning, interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving and execution skills
• Strong leadership and team management experience is desired
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese

Others

• Macau ID holder is a must
