職位要求: |
Responsibilities
- Ensure transaction activities of account maintenance and service, loan transaction processing, trade & factoring transactions, operations support and funding related activities etc completed as per established procedures
- Act as main contact point customers and other service partners for applications and transactions
- Assist the Dept head to develop action plan to improve productivity and minimize operational risk
- Lead, coach and develop the team members to achieve the section's goal and to complete their assignments
- Participate in User Acceptance Test for system enhancements and other business and project initiatives
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
- 4 years relevant banking operations experience is an advantage
- With people management skills preferable
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of working under pressure;
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
