JOB PURPOSE As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of Burberry. You will demonstrate an excellent and a unique service for all of our Clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - As an ambassador of Burberry and maintain store presentation standards
- Demonstrate a strong sense of clienteling and build the relationship with new and existing Clients
- Drive and achieve individual and team goals and be accountable for sales results
- Be a good team-player, contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive and team oriented.
PROFILE:- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail and passionate in fashion retail. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Client Advisor
- Strong clienteling and customer service skills
- Sales driven and goals oriented
- Good team player with positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
