Deckers Brands, a leading US footwear company, is looking for candidate to fill the following position:
Shipping Associate
Report to Shipping Supervisor, Shipping Associate executes offshore logistics processes for our International markets, provides excellent customer service to our regional counterparts and external customers, and maintains a high efficiency operation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with vendors, factory planning team and regional team to execute distributor and subsidiary orders for international markets
- Provide shipping instructions and coordinate with factories & logistics service providers to ensure on-time shipping and smooth shipping process
- Prepare shipping documents for shipping/customs purpose
- Maintain and keep track of shipment status, provide regional team logistics visibility
- To perform other tasks related to the position as assigned by supervisor/management
Requirements:
- Macau ID holder
- Form 6 or above
- At least 3 years working experience in logistics field focusing on shipping, import/export, ocean and air freight. Experience in shoes industry is preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, good communication skill
- Proficiency in MS Office application, especially in Outlook, Excel, Word
- Knowledge about Letter of Credit, GT Nexus, Oracle will be an advantage
