Job Responsibility
1.Aircraft Management
- Identify new business opportunities by referring new clients and new aircraft to enhance company’s aircraft fleet size;
- Responsible for effective communication between company personnel and the aircraft owner’s representatives to plan all phases of flights;
- Work closely with flight scheduler’s, aircrew members, maintenance personnel and management to ensure all parties are aware of aircraft movements and schedule;
- Control and audit aviation cost records, receipts and invoices accurately;
- Coordinate Aviation Flight log verification and trip cost data accurately;
- Monitor private jet repair and maintenance arrangements;
- Compile aircraft operational reports for clients and company personnel.
2.Macau Office Management
- Responsible for managing daily operations of Macau office, including but not limit to business registration, airport permit application, SSF contributions, taxation, office equipment and general accounting;
- Act as a representative of Macau office to handle client enquiries;
- Coordinate aircraft parking in Macau and ground service handling;
- Maintain good relationship with BAC and other business partners.
Job Requirement
- Degree holder with at least 5 years’ aviation, client account management or flight planning experience and at least 2 years in business aviation;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Mature and results-oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility, aircraft safety, willing to work out of business hours and under pressure;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
