職位要求: |
Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities: - Monitoring, tracking, advising and supervising the complete process of project execution
- Advise on procurement strategy
- Identify, analysis and develop responses to project risks
- Complying with building regulations and company health and safety policy
- Monitoring sub-contractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs with regard to delivery of project on time, to the quality and within budget
Requirements - Degree holder in Engineering or Construction discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
- Strong communication skill of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Knowledge and awareness of Hong Kong Standard Form of Building Contract, deliverables, rights and obligations
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Proficient in MS Office, Chinese and English Word Processing and MS Project applications
