Sourcing and Supplier Development Supervisor 202340-SSDSUP Roles and Responsibilities - Identify emerging strategic needs, planning, tracking, organizing partnerships, and optimizing sourcing procedures to foster trusting relationships with business partners
- Consolidate requirements for external services and supplies, scanning the market for potential suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships and supplier performance
- Establish and implement a Supplier Development Plan
- Analyze the company’s supply portfolio and spending
Requirements - Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Civil discipline) or Computer Science
- Computer Literacy
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office 365 and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of Excel VBA, Power BI or other dashboard creation tools
- Familiar with sourcing, vendor management and relevant software
- Language Skills
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in Mandarin is a definite advantage
- Others
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Keen to communicate and sustain networking relationships
- Adequate knowledge in Commodity Strategies is preferred
- Possesses experience in project management is preferred
