Graduate Trainee 畢業見習生 Responsibilities - Work with Customer Services team to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with internal and external parties regarding logistics and warehousing issues
- Look for areas for improvement with logical approach and suggestion for improvement
- Understand the complete logistics chain in distribution, warehousing & freight forwarding
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements - Fresh graduate from reputable university in any discipline - Logistics/Supply Chain Management will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint etc)
- Positive working attitude, self-starter and good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English & Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
