Due to our business extension, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Application Service – Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle deployment, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT applications
• Collect and analyse user requirement, perform feasibility study and prepare documentation
• Perform L2/L3 incident management, service request fulfilment and problem management
• Perform quality assurance before application changes go into production environment
• Perform application Identity Access Management, conduct regular users’ access review
• Assist the development of application disaster recovery plans

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor ’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other related disciplines
• 1+ years of IT experience, knowledge with retail is a plus
• Experience in ERP system, POS system is preferred
• Technical knowledge on reporting/BI tools has an advantage
• Good business analytical skills with application support
• Team player, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, committed to work and able to work independently
