Responsibilities: Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to uncover trends, identify potential risks, and highlight opportunities for business growth and cost optimization. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic business planning and inform decision-making processes across the organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, recommendations, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance against key metrics and industry benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant. Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive budgeting, forecasting exercises, and variance analyses to support operational planning and resource allocation. Reporting to Senior Management: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations that clearly communicate complex financial information to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field. Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable financial insights. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling tools. Familiarity with financial software and databases is a plus. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and develop insightful recommendations. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills: Superb written and verbal communication skills to articulate financial concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing effectively to a dynamic and inclusive work culture.
